International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thoughtâprovoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Not advice. Not answers. Not a framework someone else built for someone else's problem.
Coaching is a conversation that goes somewhere. It starts with where you are — not where you think you should be — and moves toward something that actually matters to you.
It isn't for people who are lost. It's for people who are clear enough to know they want something different, and honest enough to work for it.
I'm not the expert on your life. I am the one who asks the questions that make you one.
We usually work together for 4 to 6 sessions — not because that's a package, but because that's usually enough.
The goal was never to keep you in coaching. It was to make me unnecessary.
