I was born in a small town in central Romania and spent most of my youth in libraries. Then I studied history, dabbled in archaeology, shrugged and tried engineering, and ended up in HR. Nearly eleven years later, I know it was the right detour.
My HR career began in recruitment, moved through six years in Learning & Development, and most recently HR Business Partnering. I grew up professionally inside two of the world's largest automotive supplier companies — Continental and Bosch — across everything from international R&D centres to high-intensity factory floors. Then I went the other direction entirely: into the startup world, designing the curriculum for Romania's largest startup incubator, and leading the learning experience for 10,000+ high-school students worldwide at Spark Generation.
Different worlds, same throughline: I keep walking into unfamiliar terrain and rebuilding who I am to meet it. That's exactly what I now help leaders do.

A few years ago I found coaching, and it stuck. I trained at Coach Masters Academy in Singapore, earned my ACC and then my PCC from the International Coaching Federation, and kept going, the Edalt Institute's Leadership Coaching Program, Collective Shift's work on Leadership Identity. Today I hold dual credentials, ICF PCC and EMCC Senior Practitioner.
That adds up to 1,500+ hours of professional coaching with leaders from more than 20 countries, in English and Romanian. Forbes Romania named me to its 30 Under 30 list in 2022. But hours and lists aren't the point. Whether the work changes something — that's the point.

In just six years, I’ve traveled to over 45 countries. I never imagined I’d become a globetrotter, experiencing new cultures and collecting memories along the way.
Travel has shaped me, pushing me beyond my comfort zone and showing me the power of exploration and growth.
The essence of travel, to me, encapsulates values like freedom, flexibility, and adaptability. Each new destination presents a canvas upon which I can paint my own experiences, unburdened by routine or the demands of everyday life.
