I've changed who I am on purpose. That's the work.
Every meaningful transition has asked me to grow into a different version of myself.
Over time, I realized leadership asks the same of all os us.
Our responsibilities often grow faster than our identity.
That realization shapes the way I coach, teach, and lead today.
My path was never linear.
I began by studying history, drawn to understanding people and the stories that shape us.
Then came engineering, where I learned to think in systems.
HR and leadership followed, giving me a front-row seat to how people grow, struggle, and lead inside organizations.
Coaching helped me connect the dots.
I realized the biggest leadership challenges weren't about capability. They were about identity.
Today I continue that journey through an MBA in Tokyo, exploring leadership across cultures while working with leaders, HR professionals, coaches, and organizations around the world.
Looking back, every chapter was asking me the same question: What do you need to become for what's next?
That question become the foundation of my work.
Curiosity has always been my way of growing
It has led me across disciplines, industries, and cultures.
When I discovered coaching, I didn't see it as a career change. I saw it as another way of exploring the same question that had followed me for years: Ho do we people grow into who we're capable of becoming?
That curiosity has taken me from Coach Masters Academy in Singapore to leadership programs, and today continues through my MBA in Tokyo.
Along the way I've coached leaders across more than 20 countries, earned dual coaching credentials (ICF PCC and EMCC Senior Practitioner), and accumulated more than 1,500 hours of coaching.
The credentials matter.
But what matters more is what they allow me to do: create the kind of conversations that help people grow into the leader their next chapter requires.

What continues to matter is the work itself.
