I was born in a small town in central Romania. A lifelong book lover, I spent most of my youth in libraries. Later, I studied history, dabbled in archaeology, and thought, why not? when it came to engineering - but ended up in HR. After almost 10 years in HR, I admit I’ve done the right thing.

My HR journey began in recruitment, evolved into six years in Learning & Development, and, for the past few years, I have worked as an HR Business Partner. Throughout my career, I have gained experience in two of the world's largest automotive corporations - Continental and Bosch - where I had the opportunity to develop, grow, and understand both highly skilled environments such as international R&D centers and high-intensity settings like factories.

Beyond the corporate world, I ventured into the startup ecosystem as a Learning Coordinator, designing the curriculum for Romania's largest startup incubation program. Most recently, I led the Learning & Experience journey for over 10,000 high school students worldwide at the startup Spark Generation.
