I work with leaders who sense that how they lead and who they are have somehow drifted apart.
My path here was anything but linear: archaeology, engineering, over a decade inside global organizations - from automotive giants to startups - and right now, an MBA at GLOBIS University in Tokyo. I keep choosing to learn in unfamiliar terrain. I think that's the only way to stay honest about what growth actually requires.
That unconventional background shapes everything about how I work. Real change is structural, not cosmetic. It has to go all the way down.
Today I coach leaders across 20+ countries - individually and in groups - at the intersection of clarity, identity, and collective growth. I hold dual coaching credentials, ICF PCC and EMCC Senior Practitioner, and have been recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Romania list.
What I care about most, though, is whether the work actually changes something.

For me, this experience was a moment of clarity — a deep insight into what I truly want to do in the future.
